BAYERN MUNICH VS EINTRACHT FRANKFURT: LINEUPS, TEAM NEWS, A WARMUP FOR REAL MADRID, AND MORE!

Thomas Tuchel is sleeping well again. Bayern Munich are winning, there’s no pressure to win the Bundesliga anymore (because Leverkusen won it), and only a few games remain before this whole shebang is not his problem anymore.

Still, he is expected to keep the momentum going, if only to give his team a jolt of confidence before Real Madrid come calling at the Allianz Arena in midweek.

Team news

Jamal Musiala is back and available to play after missing team training over the week. Serge Gnabry is still not 100% match fit, while Leroy Sané and Kingsley Coman are both out. Dayot Upamecano twisted an ankle in training which adds to the club’s injury woes, though at least it shouldn’t keep him out for long.

Pavlović seems like he’d be the front-runner in this scenario, but Frankfurt and Madrid are not the same team so who can really say what the coach is planning.

In defense, Alphonso Davies likely starts at left-back with Matthijs de Ligt and Eric Dier in the center. Joshua Kimmich rounds out the backline at right-back while Manuel Neuer keeps goal. This is what a potential XI could look like on Saturday:
